White Fox Lodge Rye
A fascinating listed building
I recently had the pleasure of shooting the grade 2 listed building White Fox Lodge Rye, in East Sussex. It was built in 1964-5 by the Brighton based architect John Schwerdt. The interior hasn’t been touched, all the features are perfectly preserved, making it feel like a 1960’s museum. The house is set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside with stunning views as far as the eye can see. The property is currently owned by composer Simon May, who is well known for writing TV themes Eastenders & Howards Way.
The house is for sale with Phillips and Stubbs, Rye.
