About me

My love of photography began whilst living & travelling throughout Asia with my then girlfriend (now happily married with twin daughters). Initially using film cameras, I upgraded to my first-ever digital camera, and off I went.

I soon acquired a copy of Photoshop from a Bangkok market and became smitten with the whole photo editing process.

When we returned from our travels I became convinced that I wanted to do this for a living, and soon found a way into the property photography market, armed only with a simple Canon DSLR, one lens, one flash gun, and a tripod. Simpler times!

Property photography soon lead to shooting events, which lead to shooting weddings, and finally encompassed food and portrait photography.

I’ve been lucky, getting to do what I love for my job, seeing some extraordinary places, and meeting extraordinary people.
